Clean rooms, friendly staff, great location with free parking. Delicious homemade meals, excellent service. Looking forward to our next visit.

The staff were so friendly & helpful. We spoke to people that had stayed there more than once and I can understand why. The town, Montecatini Terme, doesn't offer much in the way of restaurants so we ate in the hotel for four out of the five nights of our stay. The food was very good and the waiters were top class - extremely professional. We were charged 20 euros each for a full dinner which was extremely reasonable and the wines were at sensible prices too.

Breakfasts were a touch skimpy but I wouldn't go to war over it.

An absolute excellent experience, I cannot rate this hotel too highly, and will always book this hotel when staying in Tuscany. The food, the accommodation, the staff, the location and cleanliness were all of the highest possible standard

friendly and comfortable hotel, for us as a couple very relaxing and comfortable, we could read our books by the pool or us the hotel as a base to explore tuscany, ideal for train services to Siena, florance, Pisa and many other destinations.the hotel is next to the funicular so ideal to visist Montecatini Alto and it's lovely resturants.

Everything was perfect: comfortable room, nice restaurant.Very friendly staff made a real family atmosphere. The location is also very convenient to reach the centre of the town, the railway station and funicular.

Just one: a device for boiling eggs was too slow.

During my stay, I was impressed by the cleanliness and range of hotel facilities. The hotel's location just across from the beautiful park was perfect for a peaceful stay, and it was very close to the funicular up to Montecatini Alto. I loved the fact that the staff were happy to pre-book tickets for any attractions, and they even booked me entrance tickets for pitty palace. Additionally, the breakfast was excellent, with a wonderful choice of fresh pastries, fruit, eggs. The staff were friendly and helpful, making my stay even better.

The hotel's location near a beautiful park provides stunning views and easy access to local attractions. The staff is helpful and happy to pre-book tickets for guests. Rooms are clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Breakfast is enjoyable and offers a decent selection. Facilities such as the pool and on-site lunch by the pool provide relaxation and convenience.

There is some noise from the road that may disturb light sleepers.

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in. The staff were very friendly and helpful.Room was very nice and spotless. Excellent bed. The pool and terrace area was pleasant and relaxing.In the hot weather the pool was fab. A special mention once again to Dante and staff. I would definately return. Lunch and dinner were very very good. Overall excellent value for money.

The location is 1km away from the center but you can walk easily

The family atmosphere and delicious home-cooked food were the best aspects of our stay. The staff were friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm atmosphere. The hotel's key location, near the train station, made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas. Plus, the beautiful Tuscan landscapes that surrounded us during our stay were breathtaking.

The only negative aspect of this hotel was the discomfort caused by the road noise in our room. It was sometimes hard to sleep, and the soundproofing could definitely be improved.

The young man who worked at the front desk was a genuine star! He was helpful in suggesting day trips and provided all maps and timetables to make any excursions painless, was able to recommend good restaurants, and all his help was coupled with a warm smile that seemed to come from the heart.

The location of this place is absolutely perfect, as it is nestled just a short distance away from a beautiful park, where you can take leisurely strolls and enjoy the tranquility of nature. The hotel also offers a convenient shuttle service, making it easy to explore the surrounding area.
